By default, the statistics collection for your website is disabled to prevent unnecessary disk consumption. You can enable the statistics analysis via the Metrics Editor in your cPanel client portal.
In there, you can enable the different analyzer tools. You can try them all to decide which one fits your requirements best. For most users, we recommend AWStats. Once enabled, it takes 24–48 hours for the first set of analytic reports to be generated. After that time, you can view your statistics in the according tool.
Once you have decided for a tool of your preference, we recommend disabling other analytics tools to not waste any unnecessary disk storage.
